Reading Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager, AmeriCorps to support the AmeriCorps program with policy alignment, documentation, and risk management. This remote role requires residence in approved states and collaboration with National Service, Talent, and cross-functional teams.

You will lead volunteer relations, advise on accommodations, review policies, and help develop manager tools and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, including 1+ year in management.
• Experience with AmeriCorps Volunteer relations and policy compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Paycom HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Guide AmeriCorps Volunteer relations and policy alignment.
• Manage sensitive employee relations and investigations.
• Collaborate with National Service, Talent, and cross-functional teams.
• Support ADA accommodations and accessibility processes.
• Provide manager-facing HR tools and training.
