Reading Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager, AmeriCorps to support AmeriCorps Volunteer relations and policy alignment across the organization. This remote role requires residence in permitted states and reports to the Managing Director of Human Resources.

You will lead sensitive HR initiatives, guide managers, and help manage risk while advancing Reading Partners’ mission to expand literacy. The role emphasizes policy implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of related Human Resources experience, including management experience.
• Experience with AmeriCorps Volunteer relations, investigations, compliance, or related HR functions.
• Ability to apply HR policies and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.

Responsabilités

• Support AmeriCorps Volunteer relations with national service leaders and program staff.
• Lead ADA accommodation process for AmeriCorps Volunteers and ensure compliant documentation.
• Review and align AmeriCorps policies with organizational standards and practices.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR-aligned practices related to Volunteer relations.
• Participate in internal reviews and escalated matters involving organizational risk.
