Trüpp HR, part of the Skillcloud family, seeks an HR Consultant for Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations (Remote). The role leads client engagements across the U.S., conducting impartial investigations and advising leaders through sensitive employee matters.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or a similar HR consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required, or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.
• AWI-CH, licensed private investigator, or other investigations-related credentials a plus.
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and producing written investigation reports strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and investigation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR consultant for assigned client accounts, delivering proactive, solutions-oriented guidance.
• Plan and conduct impartial workplace investigations into complaints including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Conduct investigative interviews and accurately document testimony.
• Analyze evidence, assess credibility, and reach findings of fact supported by the record.
• Prepare clear, defensible written investigation reports that withstand scrutiny.
