• 1–3 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or a similar HR consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required, or ability to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR consultant and primary contact for assigned client accounts, delivering guidance aligned with client objectives.
• Plan and conduct impartial workplace investigations into complaints including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Conduct investigative interviews and document testimony.
• Analyze evidence, assess credibility, and reach findings of fact supported by the record.
• Prepare clear, defensible written investigation reports.
