Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain a cross-functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for leadership.
• Contribute to CAI's culture and employer value proposition content.
• Support HR projects related to engagement, benefits, training.
• Support compliance tracking.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
