Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Event Planning Implementations Manager to lead HR solutioning and end-to-end implementation across customer programs.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop workforce strategies, onboarding plans, and compliance requirements to ensure successful go-lives. Preferred candidates are located in North Carolina, but remote work is available for qualified applicants nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in relevant HR/PM roles.
• Experience in program/project management or HR implementations is required.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and HR solution development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR solutioning activities and implementation readiness across client projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with customer needs.
• Lead planning sessions, kickoff meetings, and project governance for HR programs.
• Develop and maintain workforce ramp plans, onboarding approaches, and HR operational requirements.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and ensure go-live readiness and stabilization.
• Provide updates on status, risks, and change management activities to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
