Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Implementations Manager to support and execute HR workstreams across the full customer lifecycle, from pursuit through go‑live and stabilization. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to develop workforce strategies, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, and compliance requirements for successful customer solutions.

The position is open to candidates nationwide in the US with preference for North Carolina residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of combined experience in program management, project management, HR implementations, workforce planning, HR solution development, or related operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute HR workstreams from RFI/RFP through award, implementation, go-live and stabilization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop workforce strategies, labor market input, hiring plans, onboarding approaches, compliance requirements, and implementation plans.
• Maintain ownership of projects through solutioning and implementation lifecycle and ensure workforce readiness.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of HR implementation plans across hiring, onboarding, policies, compliance, and HR operations.
• Provide status updates, identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
