Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Generalist, Enabling Functions to deliver HR services including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and talent management across multiple functions. You will partner with HR Managers and Directors to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and policy execution.

Responsibilities include Workday data entry, onboarding/offboarding, benefits guidance, and HR reporting, with a focus on partnership with Global Legal, Global Finance, and Office of Investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
• Experience with database management, spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: Workday data entry, onboarding/offboarding, HR data management and reporting, recruitment support.
• Employee Support & Compliance: Benefits and leave administration guidance, location changes, home office updates, HR policy guidance.
• Communication & Team Support: HR communications, updates and reminders; support initiatives and projects; collaborate with People Team centers of excellence.
