Our in‑house Executive Search Team is seeking a Scheduler and Junior Sourcing Specialist (“Scheduler”) to help ensure our hiring process is seamless from application to offer. In this role, the Scheduler will serve as the main point of contact for our highest‑level positions across the globe through the coordination of virtual and in‑person interviews. They will also contribute to strategic sourcing efforts, gaining valuable experience in executive search, talent mapping, market research, and candidate identification as part of their professional development. Coordinators interact closely with our Executive Recruiters and Sourcers, candidates, and hiring managers and their teams to ensure a timely process from kick off calls to debriefs. The Scheduler reports to the Talent Knowledge Manager and is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team and Executive Search Team.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $66,500– $90,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
