Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Generalist, Enabling Functions to provide HR services across multiple functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and talent management. You will partner with HR Managers to ensure accurate execution of HR processes and policies while delivering transactional support across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR experience, strong data management skills, and familiarity with HRIS/Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience.
• Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
• Experience in database management, reporting, data input, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
