Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an HR Generalist, Enabling Functions to deliver HR services including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and talent management across multiple functions. You will partner with HR Managers and Directors to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and policy execution.

Responsibilities include Workday data entry, onboarding/offboarding, benefits guidance, and HR reporting, with a focus on partnership with Global Legal, Global Finance, and Office of Investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
• Experience with database management, spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, and data analysis.

This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
