Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in recruiting, field HR, or high-volume operations.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and HR process execution.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned division (field and operational roles).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill open positions.
• Source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Support onboarding from offer to first day and onboarding logistics.
• Assist with benefits administration coordination and compliance workflows.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support employee relations initiatives.
• Escalate employee relations issues to HR leadership when needed.
• Coordinate with Shared Services on documentation and HR processes.
