Job summary

Northpoint Recovery in Loveland, CO seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery, policy interpretation, and HR project initiatives. This role partners with leadership to manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and data integrity, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

The position offers work-from-home with on-site visits to Denver-area facilities as needed, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm MST, with a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience in healthcare environments highly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner across onboarding, employee relations, leave, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and talent initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations for assigned markets and understand business needs.
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and deliver HR guidance and training.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data and HR records.
