Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR service delivery across markets. The role involves onboarding, payroll-adjacent tasks, data integrity, and policy interpretation, with partnership to the VP of HR and affiliate leaders.

You will manage HR projects, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in Loveland, CO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Advises managers with strong business acumen.
• Autonomous with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP HR and leaders on HR projects and reporting.
• Manage onboarding, I-9 compliance, and employee documentation.
• Audit and maintain HR records and data integrity.
• Support leave, benefits processes, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze HR data, generate insights, and inform decisions.
• Develop communications and reports on HR initiatives.
