Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
• Support day-to-day HR operations in assigned markets.
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and provide guidance.
• Maintain accuracy of HR data and personnel files.
• Administer leave and benefits processes with policy compliance.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, I-9 compliance and orientation.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights for planning.
• Lead and support HR projects, measuring outcomes and improvements.
• Communicate project outcomes and HR updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture initiatives.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset across HR functions.
