Job summary

Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day delivery of human resources services. You will lead recruiting, manage benefits enrollment, and provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

This primarily remote role with occasional travel to Wisconsin locations requires strong communication, discretion, and proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin resident or eligible to work in WI.
• 1–2 years HR experience including recruiting.
• Familiarity with onboarding, benefits, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities and posting.
• Administer benefits enrollment and life-event changes.
• Maintain employee and applicant records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
• Provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
