Monroechamber is seeking an energetic Human Resources Generalist in Milwaukee to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. This role offers a hybrid schedule with remote work two days per week after six months and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees to support staffing needs.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with HR programs.
• Support payroll processing and related reporting.
• Handle employee relations matters and investigations as needed.
• Maintain HR records, compliance docs, and government reporting data.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and benefits to employees.
