Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR management or generalist experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan and federal employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and serve as primary contact with benefit vendors.
• Lead recruiting efforts and act as recruiter when necessary.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across six locations.
• Maintain OSHA logs and manage workers' comp and FMLA leave.
• Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent retention and employee engagement.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
