Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to own daily HR operations and partner with the HR Manager on program ownership across Rippling, benefits, leave administration, immigration, and employment compliance. The role requires independent judgment and strong process improvements to support a growing team.

The position is remote-friendly in the United States with offices in select cities. You will work across jurisdictions to ensure smooth employee experiences through lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an HR Generalist or people operations role at a high-growth company.
• Clear written and verbal communication with credibility to advise managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous priorities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR programs from onboarding to offboarding for full-time employees and contractors.
• Manage Rippling administration and HRIS data integrity, including reporting and audits.
• Coordinate employee visa and immigration processes with outside counsel.
• Oversee leave administration and workplace accommodations across jurisdictions.
• Lead performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles with the HR Manager.
• Advise employees and managers on benefits, policies, HR processes, and sensitive situations.
