Job summary

Rippling is hiring an HR Associate - Partner EOR to provide HR generalist and operational support for clients using Rippling Employer of Record services. You will manage onboarding, payroll data management, employee changes, and terminations with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to transfer data securely across systems while ensuring regional regulatory compliance and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR support, operations, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong HR process knowledge: onboarding, payroll, employee changes, terminations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data management across systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding for new hires, collecting information and preparing employment agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and secure data transfers between systems.
• Manage payroll data and employee changes, addendums, and terminations.
• Handle first-line HR inquiries via ticketing system with timely responses.
• Develop process documentation and SOPs to standardize operations.
