Job summary

Pennant is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support across Forged Together and its affiliated agencies. Under the HR Manager, you’ll handle employee relations, onboarding, compliance, leave administration, performance management, payroll support, and HR records.

This remote role requires strong organization, independence in a remote environment, and familiarity with HR systems. Occasional travel to agency locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of HR generalist or comparable HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and leave processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine HR questions regarding policies and processes.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, status changes, transfers, and separations.
