Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and HR processes is expected.
• Spanish language ability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support performance management, leave administration, and benefits coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and diocesan policies.
• Manage HR documentation, job descriptions, and handbooks under supervision.
• Assist with background checks and employment verifications.
• Serve as a resource to parishes, schools, and diocesan locations.
