• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience with focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage full-cycle hiring process including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Ensure accurate job descriptions for all positions within the agency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on workplace policies and best practices.
• Support conflict resolution and employee coaching initiatives.
• Assist with administering benefits, leave programs, and HRIS systems.
