RTA in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who can own daily execution of benefits, leaves, onboarding and offboarding, and HRIS data integrity. This role requires meticulous documentation, collaboration with managers, and a focus on timely, compliant HR operations.

The position emphasizes operating within multi-state programs, maintaining confidentiality, and leveraging AI tools to streamline recurring HR tasks, while aligning with our policies and data-handling rules.

• Respond to employee and manager questions and document coaching actions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and coordinate separations.
• Administer benefits, leaves, enrollments and COBRA as needed.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and payroll change timing with Payroll.
• Support recruiting, offers, screening, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state laws and HR policies.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual workload.
