Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with ownership of performance management, employee relations, or HR case work
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in daily work
• Experience managing high-volume, process-driven HR work with quality and compliance
• Strong written communication and professional documentation in English
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law; ability to flag legal risk
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ticketing systems, and HR tech tools
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to systematize repetitive work
• Ability to manage multiple cases across orgs in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• End-to-end performance management cases and coaching managers through requirements
• Terminations & offboarding for senior roles within client groups
• HR Help Desk triaging, routing, and resolving employee queries
• Coordinate internal mobility transactions
• Schedule and conduct exit interviews and surface themes
• Manage HR inbox for assigned orgs
• Operate AI-assisted workflows for case intake and documentation
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort via automation
• Contribute to templates, prompts, and shared workflows across orgs
