Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile employee records between multiple HR systems.
• Research and identify missing documentation for I-9 compliance.
• Transfer historical I-9 records into the current compliance platform.
• Track and resolve outstanding compliance items.
• Partner with hospital managers and team members to obtain required documentation.
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and status reporting.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring correction.
• Support overall compliance and recordkeeping efforts throughout the project.
