Job summary

Connexus Credit Union seeks an HR Data Analyst to partner with HR and leaders, turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will build, maintain dashboards and reports to reveal workforce trends and improve the employee experience.

You will ensure data quality, streamline reporting, and expand the use of people analytics across the organization, collaborating with Finance and HR teams, while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, BI, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets, cleansing, validation, integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR analytics strategy, reporting and dashboard ownership, delivering insights across the employee lifecycle.
• Define and monitor KPIs for talent acquisition, engagement, retention, learning, and total rewards.
• Ensure analytics solutions align with organizational priorities and Employer of Choice commitments.
• Develop visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
