• Negotiate vendor terms aligned with company goals.
• Define success metrics for HR programs and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Mapping and Employment Law stakeholders to remove bottlenecks.
• Identify friction in the Amarillo customer journey and develop fixes.
