The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day People operations, maintains confidential records, and helps with benefits, leaves, and compliance while partnering with HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Company has a mandatory vaccination policy and exemption process.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Responds to routine team member questions and requests and directs or escalates more complex matters to appropriate People team member.
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes.
• Provides timely replies to employment verification requests.
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership.
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires.
