Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function, focusing on part-time HR administration, employee records, benefits and leave activities, and compliance documentation.

The role supports HR Business Partners and other People team members, ensuring accurate records and timely responses in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This remote position requires strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Supports HR Business Partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs and initiatives under HR leadership.
• Back-up coverage for onboarding new hires.
