Connections Health Solutions seeks a part-time HR Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across the People function. The role focuses on HR administration, employee records, benefits and leave activities, compliance, and project coordination in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The successful candidate will handle routine inquiries, maintain confidential data, and partner with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate, timely processes while supporting onboarding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Company vaccination policy requires full compliance or approved exemption.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and escalate complex matters.
• Support HR inboxes and reply to employment verification requests.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other People members on follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and keep records up to date.
• Support benefits, leaves and workers’ compensation activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with audits.
