Job summary

Perseus Group, within the Constellation Software family, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support HR operations and data integrity across multiple teams in North America. This role focuses on employee data management, HRIS (Workday) usage, reporting, onboarding, offboarding, and coordination of engagement activities.

You will work with employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure accurate records, timely onboarding/offboarding, and compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in human resources or business administration is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, coordination or administrative role.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage employee changes such as reporting structure, compensation updates and promotions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles within the HRIS (Workday).
• Support periodic audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Pull recurring and ad-hoc HR reports from Workday.
• Support the preparation and tracking of monthly HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with maintaining HR documentation, templates and training materials.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication, to help facilitate connection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, providing timely and professional responses or escalating as appropriate.
• Support employee communications related to HR programs, policies and process.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including preparation of employment agreements, new hire setup, welcome emails, scheduling and hosting orientation and conducting new hire check-ins.
• Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation and tasks.
• Manage offboarding logistics, including coordination with internal stakeholders, documentation, and equipment return

Education
