Job summary

Perseus Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple businesses within the Constellation Software Inc. family.

You will manage employee data in Workday, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and prepare HR reports, while engaging with employees and managers to maintain a positive experience. This role requires a post-secondary HR or business degree with 1–3 years of HR support experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary degree in human resources or business administration, preferred 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, coordination or administrative role
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: process and manage employee changes such as reporting structure, compensation updates and promotions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles within the HRIS (Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Pull recurring and ad-hoc HR reports from Workday
• Support the preparation and tracking of monthly HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate onboarding & offboarding logistics and new hire setup
