Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations at distribution facilities. You will partner with Operations leaders on staffing, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, while ensuring proper recordkeeping and policy administration.

The role provides broad exposure to site HR processes and requires initiative and judgment in daily tasks. You will coordinate onboarding, respond to employee questions, oversee performance standards, and help drive engagement in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• HR certification or experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with HR software and payroll preferred.
• Able to work in distribution and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly staffing activities including interviewing, onboarding, and new hire processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Address employee relations matters and support corrective actions.
• Oversee performance management standards with site leadership.
• Manage payroll and timecard auditing/processing for accurate pay.
• Maintain HR systems and process transactions (hires, moves, terminations, pay changes).
• Organize personnel records per legal and site procedures.
• Prepare onboarding packets, benefit guides, and recruiting materials.
• Support policy enforcement and consistent management practices.
• Plan projects to improve HR efficiency and employee engagement.
• Design recruiting/community materials and represent Polaris in the community.
