The Mom Project is seeking an HR Coordinator (Part Time) to support a range of HR activities remotely from Northern Virginia. This 5–10 hour per week role offers flexibility and a stipend of $20/hr, with potential for more hours as projects expand.

You'll work across compensation analyses, employee engagement, recruitment administration, and benefits support, collaborating with a small, mission-driven team. Prior HR exposure is valued, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or a related degree with an HR concentration
• Fast learner of systems and processes
• Basic math skills
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
• Detail oriented with numbers and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exposure to HR areas or willingness to learn
• Team oriented and fun to work with

Responsabilités

• Support compensation analyses, employee engagement, and 360 assessments
