Prime Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a meticulous Remote HR Coordinator to support onboarding, verification, background checks, and workers’ compensation tracking. You will handle new-hire paperwork, I-9/ Verification processes, and maintain accurate electronic files, using Paylocity for records.

The role requires organized, detail-oriented candidates with previous HR coordination or HR admin experience and working knowledge of Paylocity.

• Hands-on experience with Paylocity is required.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, including new-hire paperwork, required forms, and orientation scheduling.
• Review onboarding documents for completeness and follow up on missing information.

• Process E-Verify cases and track required follow-up.

NOW HIRING: REMOTE HR COORDINATOR

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
