Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or two years HR-related experience.
• Proficient in using an HRIS system and other HR-related systems.
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee information in HRIS accurately and timely.
• Order field station labor posters.
• Update websites with new hires and terminations.
• Process monthly OAG exclusion reporting to clinical department.
• Verify employment details.
• Pull HRIS data for Workers' Comp or other legal matters.
• Manage internal department communications and route emails.
• Generate HR data reports.
• Provide routine employee support (e.g., password resets).
• Administer policies in line with company expectations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee Driver's License and DSHS Certification monitoring.
• Perform special assignments as needed.
