Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Temporary HR Consultant, Organizational Design for a six-month assignment. The role focuses on assessing current structures, conducting discovery, and creating practical future-state design options with executive leadership and HR partners.

You will translate strategy into design principles, build org charts in Lucidchart, and deliver a usable implementation roadmap with knowledge transfer to internal owners.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive HR, HR business partner, organizational effectiveness, or organization design experience.
• Experience supporting multiple large-scale organizational redesigns.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured discovery with senior leaders and HR partners to document current-state organization, work, decision rights, and design constraints.
• Develop and iterate future-state organization options and Lucidchart org charts that reflect agreed design principles.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap, decision log, and knowledge transfer package before the assignment ends.
• Translate strategy into organization design principles and evaluation criteria; facilitate executive conversations to clarify outcomes and tradeoffs.
• Create current-state and future-state org charts, role groupings, governance options, and decision-ready presentations.
