isolved HCM is seeking an experienced HR Consultant II to identify, evaluate, and resolve HR issues for customers. You will support projects and deliverables, escalate complex matters to HR Partners, and maintain compliance knowledge across multiple states.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of HR experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multi jurisdictional HR compliance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Adobe Flyer.
• Customer service and relationship-building.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and organized with professional communications.
• Bachelor's degree and HR Generalist experience; PHR/SHRM desired.
• 6+ years of related HR experience for II level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of inquiries, requests, and projects for defined HR team/clients.
• Provide client support advising on HR topics via phone and email.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners or Senior HR Consultants when needed.
• Identify legal and governmental reporting regulations affecting HR practices.
• Maintain knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance for clients.
• Draft customer position descriptions and employee handbooks; participate in client meetings.
• Assist on HR compliance audits and analyses for Elite customers.
• Communicate with stakeholders via phone, email, and Teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Aim for continuous quality improvement and stay updated with technology.
