Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Telemarketing Telesales Compliance Specialist for a temp-to-hire, 100% remote role supporting HR compliance products and services. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, identify decision-makers, and educate clients on labor law poster requirements while maintaining CRM records.

The position offers virtual training, a company laptop, weekday hours, and potential monthly commissions. 4-month assignment with possible extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with quotas.
• Experience in outbound call center sales, B2B preferred.
• Ability to handle ~150 outbound calls per day.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
• Comfort following scripts and compliance messaging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume warm outbound calls to upgrade/cross-sell HR compliance products and services.
• Identify decision-makers, assess needs, and present solutions in a one-call close environment.
• Educate business owners on labor law poster requirements and compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, pipeline activity and order details.
• Meet or exceed daily call volume, revenue, talk time, and call quality goals.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
