Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of recent sales experience required.
• Experience in outbound call center or B2B sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong listening and consultative selling skills.
• Professional phone presence and ability to handle rejection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 150 outbound calls per day to business customers.
• Sell HR compliance products and subscription services to decision-makers.
• Manage customer interactions and order entry in CRM and tracking systems.
• Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Participate in coaching and performance incentive programs.
