Job summary

TriNet Group seeks an HR Support Services Consultant to deliver accurate, timely HR guidance via phone, email, or chat. You will manage inquiries, ensure compliance, and document cases in a CRM while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Generalist or related work, PHR or SHRM‑CP certification, and the ability to advise on HR laws across US states, with strong customer service and communication skills. Remote option available.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience – required.
• Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist or related experience – required.
• Licenses & Certifications: PHR or SHRM‑CP – required; SPHR or SHRM‑SCP – preferred.
• Customer Service & Communication: Advanced written communication skills – intermediate to advanced.
• HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of state and federal employment laws; advise on HR compliance across all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of contact‑center technologies and Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, e‑mail, or chat with timely resolution and follow‑up on HR compliance questions.
• Leverage TriNet’s templates, resources, and product suite to ensure high‑quality HR consultations.
• Apply best‑practice guidance in employee relations, policies, PTO/Sick, etc.
• Assist in resolving HR‑related operational concerns and recommend solutions.
• Document, manage, and resolve open cases in a CRM and keep customers informed.
