Genworth is seeking a Lead HR Compliance Coordinator to shape compliant hiring practices and a strong candidate experience. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Legal, and vendors to manage pre-employment programs, background screening, and data-driven process improvements.

Ideal for an organized, detail-oriented early-career HR professional, the role involves leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and workflow automation while ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR-related experience (recruiting, compliance, admin).
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment background screening from start to finish.
• Be primary contact for background screening vendor and manage relationship.
• Review reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, ensure timely candidate requirements.
• Analyze compliance data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Complete Form I-9 and employment eligibility steps for new hires.
• Escalate concerns and consult with Legal, Compliance, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain confidential records for audit readiness and governance.
• Support policy governance, employee relations, and global mobility initiatives.
