Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR-related role (recruiting, compliance, administration).
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the pre-employment background screening process from initiation through final disposition.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the company’s background screening vendor and maintain a productive vendor relationship.
• Review background screening reports and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor screening progress, resolve routine issues, and ensure timely completion of candidate requirements.
• Analyze compliance, screening, and vendor data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Complete Form I-9 and employment eligibility verification steps for all new hires.
• Maintain confidential, detailed records to support compliance and audits.
• Identify disclosures requiring review and coordinate escalations to Compliance and Legal partners.
• Track review outcomes and maintain documentation.
• Support compliance-related processes, audits, reporting, and documentation.
