Qualifications

• Research HR programs related to compensation, pay-for-performance, total rewards, and classification.
• Review and assessment of current compensation policies and practices.
• Analysis and comment on proposals with cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Research HR programs and compensation practices across public/private sectors.
• Review client compensation policies and practices against regulations and objectives.
• Analyze proposals and prepare cost-benefit analyses for changes to programs.
• Design and develop recommendations for modifying compensation programs and adding new ones.
• Present recommendations for changes to existing programs and create new programs aligned with client goals.
• Develop implementation strategies and project plans for revised or new programs.
• Develop nationwide communication and education strategies for programs.
• Design, conduct, administer, and disseminate surveys comparing compensation policies.
• Consult with senior management during collective bargaining and labor initiatives; prepare supporting analyses.
• Advise clients on legislative and regulatory changes affecting compensation programs.
• Write or review job descriptions and perform job analysis and evaluation including FLSA exemptions.
• Provide consulting services including benchmarking, program design, development and implementation.
• Provide communication plans and change management strategies.
