Job summary

Crowned Grace International seeks an HR Classification Specialist to classify positions from entry to senior levels across engineering, science, and admin roles, ensuring compliance with Federal standards. The role includes end-to-end classification work and serving as Program Manager delivering HR services to a federal agency.

The candidate will supervise five HR professionals, maintain auditable documentation, and ensure accurate personnel actions while meeting privacy and security

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Federal HR classification or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing HR services delivery and personnel management.
• Demonstrated use of OPM classification standards and FAA/GS systems.

Responsibilities

• Classify positions across levels and determine pay plan, series, title and grade.
• Review and update position descriptions to reflect current duties and standards.
• Draft and standardize position descriptions with hiring managers and SMEs.
