Job summary

Crowned Grace International is seeking a remote HR Generalist with federal agency experience. The role supports staffing, classification, employee and labor relations, benefits, training, policy, and personnel processing in FPPS and WTTS.

The incumbent will ensure 100% data integrity across employee records and interact with hiring officials to publish vacancy announcements. Minimum qualifications include 3 years of federal HR experience with hands-on FPPS processing and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of federal HR experience with hands-on processing of personnel actions in FPPS or equivalent HRIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related federal HR experience.
• Experience in staffing, classification, benefits, training, or policy within a federal HR context.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day personnel actions (appointments, promotions, reassignments, within-grade and step increases, separations) per regulations and SOPs.
• Input, audit, and reconcile data in FPPS/WTTS to maintain 100% data integrity; research discrepancies.
• Draft vacancy announcements; coordinate opening/closing dates and duty statements with hiring officials.
• Define minimum qualifications per OPM standards and specify specialized experience.
• Comply with agency-specific announcement requirements (travel card, relocation, drug testing).
• Adjudicate veterans' preference and apply category rating or merit promotion rules.
• Document records with determinations online; maintain audit trails for actions.
• Review applications, determine qualifications, and issue certificates using FAA/merit-based authorities.
• Maintain electronic and legacy records; coordinate pre-employment logistics and new-hire orientation.
• Process offboarding workflows and maintain personnel action records.
• Provide support for HR programs, policy guidance, and training across staffing, classification, benefits, and labor relations.
