Job summary

Lindholm & Associates, Inc. is seeking experienced Federal HR Classification Specialists to join its team, with active clearances and federal classification experience at a federal government agency.

Work may be performed with a combination of on- and off-site. Incumbents will handle the full range of HR classification duties, including position management, PD classification, desk audits, FLSA determinations, and position sensitivity designations, plus PD Library Management and organizational

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ full-time experience as a Federal HR Classification Specialist.
• Active MRPT or Secret Clearance preferred. Incumbents will be required to undergo a full security background and screening process.
• Must be proficient in federal HR practices.
• Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Specifically looking for candidates with active clearances and federal classification experience at a federal government agency; work may be performed with a combination of on- and off-site.

Lindholm is a woman‑owned, small business specializing in Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM), and has successfully supported more than 60 federal agencies.

Incumbents will apply the full range of comprehensive Federal HR Classification skills, including position management, position description classification, development of position descriptions, desk audits and reviews, Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) determinations, position sensitivity designations, and related technical activities.

Must also be able to provide PD Library Management support and Organizational Restructuring Support.

Required Experience and Responsibilities

• Minimum three years’ full-time experience as a Federal HR Classification Specialist.
