Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP.
• Experience with a mature COE HR operating model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across functions, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies enabling growth and scalability.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making across talent, engagement, retention, and organizational health.
• Lead and execute change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts.
• Consult with leaders on organizational models to maximize cross-functional collaboration and performance.
• Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups, including talent reviews and succession planning.
