Job summary

Connect Search, LLC seeks an HR Business Partner focused on talent strategy to join the HR team at a manufacturing facility. You will own talent initiatives, manage recruiting for salaried roles, and guide performance and development programs while partnering with site leadership.

This role blends strategic talent work with hands-on HR duties in a hybrid setup, including a remote day each week after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on Talent Acquisition or Talent Management.
• Experience recruiting salaried/professional roles and building pipelines.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and partner with site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for salaried and professional positions and manage end-to-end processes.
• Own annual performance management and talent review activities.
• Develop career paths and competency frameworks.
• Partner with leaders on development planning and internal mobility.
• Support workforce planning and leave administration.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for the local facility.
